Smoking Should Be Stop Many teenagers are starting to smoke because some of their elder siblings are smoking. If younger ones are trying to smoke they would think that they are already cool or somewhat we called "astig". Why should some people smoke if they just want to chill out in their porch and buy one pack of cigarette to be their habit? I know older people know that they can affect other people but when they start to smoke again they just forget about it. I know they are had to convince to stop smoking and I know they have a choice to quit smoking or not. Blood is delivering oxygen and nutrients to our body. Nicotine is a stimulant, speeding up the heart by about 20 beats per minute with every cigarette they smoke and it raises the blood pressure. Carbon monoxide from tobacco smoke literally poisons the oxygen carrying the capacity of the blood (Joel Spitzer, 2001). Carbon monoxide from smoking or the second-hand smoke damages our important layer of cells, which allow fats and plaque to stick our vessel walls. When we have a poor blood flow it will link to our blood vessels which is also supplying to our skin and also our mouth. Pneumonia is a lung infection which it makes us very sick. Most people with pneumonia begin flu symptoms and then develop a high fever, chills and cough with sputum (medical news today). We can get pneumonia everywhere and especially smoke of the cigarette. The nicotine itself is very strong; it destroys our lungs and also our tiny hair in our nose which cleans up dirty air that we inhale. Smoking is one of the strongest risk factor for pneumonia especially to young people and 65 years old. Most people who have pneumonia due to second-hand smoke are the young people and also some of the smokers can have pneumonia but they can be cured and for the young children they can’t still handle pneumonia. Smokers should let the young children experience a fresh air of our environment and let everyone live
