Pros And Cons Of Raising The Driving Age

A common debate held between legislators is that of raising the age for legal driving from sixteen to eighteen. This argument is so familiar due to some people speculating that it will solve the problem of motor vehicle deaths in teenagers. Which is a prevalent cause of death among thirteen through nineteen year olds. There has been serious deliberation between the two sides, and the conclusion is that congress should let the legal driving age persist to be sixteen. Through equitable deciphering, I've done this. Raising the age would only prove to be Ill-fated. It doesn't have the nitty-gritty required. The driving age should not be raised. By turning a deaf ear to the idea of raising the age for legal driving you're ameliorating the later time. Furthermore, Andrea Summers of the teen driving program in Delaware contributed that, "The intense focus on teens diverts our attention from the real threats to public safety: speeding and driving while intoxicated."
