When I go out to a restaurant, many things come to my mind. The first thing is the food quality and the second is if the costumer will enjoy the restaurant’s experience. Throughout my life, I have had experiencing different restaurants around, and I can say the experience has not been disappointing. I will review an American fast food restaurant named Raising Cane’s in this essay by discussing the restaurant’s description, background as well as my personal evaluation for the restaurant’s pros and cons. Raising Cane’s is an American fast food restaurant that serves chicken fingers. The restaurant’s full name is Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. The restaurant offer many meals but chicken meals are their main food. Todd Graves, who is the C.E.O of the restaurant and Craig Silvey who was Todd’s partner founded the restaurant in 1996. The restaurant was founded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, which was the location for the first restaurant. However, Todd Graves, the C.E.O of the fast food chain restaurant had been thinking about opening a restaurant in the early 1990’s. In fact, the restaurant was founded on Todd Graves’s passion for good food and making a difference in the community. Craig Silvey, Todd’s partner, was involved in writing the business plan for the restaurant. Todd Graves wanted to name the restaurant Sockeye’s Chicken Fingers, after the salmons they were fishing for in Alaska but finally decided to name it Raising Cane’s after his Labrador. The restaurant offers four main combos in its menu. They include the box combo, the caniac combo, the 3-finger combo and the sandwich combo.
