Teachers, office administrators, and staffs from public universities are wise in picking applicants because they want students that are committed, capable to achieve and to succeed in this specific profession that they choose. School administrators, in public universities should be allowed to preset their admitted students if there are limited number of students than a public university because there are too many students to count. Students will get a head start on knowing what is ahead of them in these public universities. Students need to do in order to achieve it and what is required in this profession. In addition, university employee pre-setting the appropriate number of students to train can balance out with the number of applicants who are admitted for each professional field of study. Although, university can balance out the number students but how would you know whether these student will succeed in that field. Administrators at these universities will help train the ones who are admitted and hoping they are committed to that profession. The employee would be stressed and tired from going through the long list of students and selecting which students should be chosen. These universities will prevent students in exploring the other profession options open. Furthermore, teachers using this idea will these public universities about pre-setting the method of applicants it will help these students figure out their interest in what profession so that they will not waste their time in a field which they have no interest. Students are choosing careers that are popular that involved science and math such as nursing, doctor, and surgeon. At the same time with this discussion, the university employees should preset public university is also unfair for the other students that got admitted, but they discover that this was not the type of job career they want. Stein states, “In order to fulfill the purpose, the number of students admitted to each field of study should be pre-set, as in Sweden, so that no more people are trained than will be needed to fill the estimated number of openings in each profession.” (Sharon Stein) Stein implies her arguments with universities in Sweden, but it may help with the “over production” of the number of students applying for that field. In
