My view is that serial killers can’t be rehabilitated, killers such as Holmes, Bundy, Dahmer, etc. cannot change and cannot be rehabilitated into normal society. There has been many studies that research on new methods to help and prevent serial killers (psychopaths) from their behavior. Many of the serial killers know how to play the role once they are in prison, and we know that once they are in prison they aren’t coming back out, so why waste resources on killers who are irredeemable. If a serial can or cannot be rehabilitated should should not really matter, when a human being or killer psychopath whatever label we want to put on it intentionally and knowingly hurts and murders another person in a brutal and sadistic manner with the knowledge
