Playing lacrosse The entire body is at risk playing lacrosse. The main risk is the legs for both boys and girls. The reason i'm saying that is bec both boy and girls things are different rules. You have the mouthpiece the gloves the helmet and the shoulder pads they all help your body out in some way. The mouthpiece is for protecting your mouth. The shoulder pads help you not get hurt in the shoulder area. A average lacrosse player gets about 27 thousand dollars a year and if they are in the major league they get about 10-25 thousand a year. As you might know there is not a lot of people who get injured in nascar but there was some who have had to drive with their eyes taped open that person was Ricky Rudd. They wear uniforms that are fireproof
