Petty Officer Sturges is the gold standard of a hard charger. He is always the first to volunteer for any project, has endless energy toward every goal the bullpen has and upon completion he relentlessly pursues the next available task. When there was a shortage of qualified bullpen personnel, ET2 took all duties and responsibilities until the bullpen was properly manned again maintaining an extended duty status.
ET2 was responsible for the documenting, testing and repurposing of over 500 individual pieces of DGPS equipment to SFLC. His tireless efforts relieved the strain on SFLC’s stock system and increased DGPS readiness.
While working as a bailiff for the court over a 2 week period, ET2 work 10-12 hour days for 6 days per week. Taking
