Pros And Cons Of Mission To Mars

There are many physical, logistic, societal, and financial cons about the mission to mars. I think there should not have the mission to mars. I believe that the mission to mars is to dangerous for humans for many reasons. The mission to mars is dangerous for humans. First, The average temperature on mars is -61 degrees Fahrenheit which would be a physical con. Since the average temperature is below freezing we would have to wear multiple layers of clothing. For Instance, if any human wanted to go outside of their housing area they would have to have on enough clothing. Secondly, Mars is far away. Just getting there would take at least up to 10 months. Since the trip to mars is so long people on the rocket ship would lose muscle strength. For starters, if you stay in space to long your body's muscles would get weaker the longer you are up there. Lastly, scientist know that time away from earth's gravity can harm the human body, the bones and muscles would get weaker, and the body would produce less blood. First, the scientist will have to find a way to provide supplies such as food, water, fuel, and oxygen other with the humans that go on the mission to mars won't live very long on mars. Secondly, the scientist also believe that germs could contaminate the whole planet of mars, killing all martian life before anyone can even find any. Lastly, something that's even worse if any of the martian germs hitched a ride back to earth animals, plants, and people could go extinct.
