In fact it was a very cautious and well thought out scheme. But Mcveigh was not alone in his evil mischief he was accompanied by a old army buddy named Terry Nicholas. Then he fled from the truck jogging a couple blocks away through busy downtown Oklahoma City. Where he had his getaway car parked.
