It is an interesting idea that Mental and physical health have a connection (Goldberg 1). When one is overweight and can’t move around like they used to, they feel terrible about themselves and their egos. This physical weight is a burden not only on a person’s back and legs, but maybe even more so on their mental stability. Bullying is another major factor when a person is overweight. For some unknown reason, fit people believe they have the right to call out or pick on people heavier than them. They don 't realize fully what they could be doing to that person. It could lead to suicide or self harm because of a name and the weight that they are. Physical education in school could teach the struggles of the overweight children to the ones that are in shape. It could also in the end, hopefully help the heavy children to get healthier. This idea that when one is healthy, they are happy, is surprisingly accurate. All children want to be accepted by others. By being healthy and happy they could join a variety of sports teams, they could run, or hike, or swim, or ride a bike farther than they had ever imagined that they could.
