Many people believe we should lower the voting age from 18 to 16. Can you imagine a 16 year old voting? Sounds scary right?Who knew what they wanted further in life when they were 16? I know I didn't. Being 16 was hard enough for me. At the age of 16, many of us weren't interested in politics, neither did we care.There are many methods we can try to get more people to come out and vote. People are so concerned in increasing our voting percentage, they are not keeping in mind further consequences. I couldn't imagine myself being able to vote at 16. It scares me to think of the choices I would of made. When I was 16, all I cared about was going out with my friends, going to the movies, and having sleepovers. I wasn't into politics,
