Graduating from high school is a set goal that we all have in life. Bartlett is a huge school some would say. Here as a soon graduating senior. I’m here to tell you how to survive high school basically. I’ll be talking about classroom behavior, attendance, and being you.
Going into the topic on classroom behavior, what does it mean to behave in a classroom? Now sometimes it’s nice to talk with your peers to get to know them, but if you’re constantly disrupting the teacher then that’s something you need to change. It’s alright to act the way you’re with friends, but you don’t know how they will react when you talk to a stranger. Teachers are the higher ups, respect them and not try to fight them because they’re the ones controlling your grades. On top of the subject, do all your classroom work and home work, not doing your work is the reason why you fail classes, high school is not like middle school where you can just fail all your classes and pass.

Teachers and school boards have had the debate of high school starting times for a long while. They are trying to decide whether or not it would be beneficial to start high school later rather than earlier. Starting high school at 8:35 am would be beneficial to the students because it would allow them to get more sleep, help them be focused, refreshed, and ready to learn. High school students tend to stay up later, that means they need more sleep. If students don’t get a healthy amount of sleep, it makes them tired and unfocused.…

In order to become what we envision, we must graduate from high school and receive a certified high school diploma. Lately, the United States are dealing with teenagers dropping out of high school only to find themselves in a low-end job, and life.…
