Pennsylvania lacked an equal opportunity of education. Especially boys of higher social classes usually study classical languages, history and literature, mathematics, and natural science. Instead, our colony opens up the higher studies for all. We believe this could make our science output unmatched by all the colonies; perhaps even some Old World countries!
