Could HAARP be used as a super weapon or a way to control minds and destabilize countries?Many people believe that HAARP can be used as a super weapon to use the weather to destroy countries or be used to control the minds of the citizens in that country.HAARP is more than likely breaking the constitutional rights the United States government has put in place to protect us. HAARP could be used to test a multitude of things on civilians and also could be harmful to us and the environment around us."If there is a potential to use HAARP as in any way for any sort of secret testing on unsuspecting civilians they will find it and do it". This means that the government can test on us and when something does bad happen in the general public they deny any involvement with the testing.This testing could and also be a violation of our constitutional rights.HAARP needs to have chemicals in the air to be effective.As the planes fly around they can be used as spy planes and invade our privacy and break our civil rights. The planes that are needed to fly and spray these chemicals could be looking down at the ground to spy on the unsuspecting civilians below."Having an eye in the sky to detect ones stash of …show more content…
It could also be used to manipulate the weather to cater to the desires of the user. These uses could be cause drought all over the world and keep their region in a prosperous state while others are suffering and dying because they do not have food or water. The only people this project/ weapon benefits is the top one percent of the worlds people and they all own most of the worlds money. The station is open for misuse or can be controlled by a terrorist party and unleash havoc on the world leading to our destruction leaving nothing left but the landscapes or put our planet in a water
