Rapidly increasing global warming and the clearly manifested Climate change has brought people and their bodies together to seriously ponder over the issues relating to our environment. This is a fact that global warming and the resultant climate change are the two major problems relating to our ecology and environment. There is no denying the fact that in the past few decades the environmental issues have dominated the discussions and discourses in every nook and corner of the world. They are being discussed and debated in the national legislatures, executives and judiciaries. We are living in the age of globalization, where the individual activities affect the other activities of life. The world is still divided between the developed and developing world and major population of the developing world force to live very pitiable life because of the scarcity of basic needs. They get their basic livelihood things from the nature. But the vast use and over exploitation of natural resources brings difficulties to human civilization. On the other hand the factors like industrialization, urbanization, population explosion, depletion of traditional sources of energy and raw materials and the searches of new sources of energy and raw materials are contributing in the degradation of the environment and atmosphere. These are the factors which are disturbing the ecological balance of earth and make contribution in the environmental deterioration. It could be possible that through the scientific and technological development the life patterns of people will change. The new inventions and technological development make people life easier, but the major setback of these scientific inventions, these are playing major role in the degradation of our natural habitats. In 21st century, terrorism and the nuclear war are the biggest threat for humanity, but the threat from the climate change force people to think about this. To underestimate the threats of climate change will be the big mistake. In fact, it is a weapon of mass destruction and a threat worse than terrorism and nuclear war. The huge use of fossil fuels is the prime cause of global warming and climate change. The large population of world is depending on fossil fuels for their energy requirement. The coal, oil and natural gases are the prime source of energy. Now energy becomes the base of modern human civilization. It is important for all aspect politically, socially and economically. So, it is very difficult to find out the solution of this complex problem. People should change their life style and way of living. Without change in the lifestyle of people it is not easy to find out the solution of this problem. The person's lifestyle is the fruit of consumer culture and our socioeconomic system built on it. So it is very necessary for us that, if we want to save our environment we should change our lifestyle. This will be the real solution of this problem. People should take initiative to change their lifestyle and use the resources of nature with sustainably. The concentration of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere is increasing day by day and if the business as usual goes on the by the end of the
