Inmates and Ex-cons are allowed to vote In 40 states after their terms of incarceration, parole, Probation and/or probations are met, according to ProCon.org. In 2 of those states there are no restrictions on Inmates and Ex convicts. For the Attorney General to come out and say that African Americans are being disenfranchised because they are not aloud to vote is completely out of line. He is trying to pull the race card which is not even factual.
