Pros And Cons Of Dog Parks

This document provides information related to the pros and cons of dog parks. It lists some of the advantages of the social side of a dog park as well as the physical, educational, and safety aspects (APDT, 2016). As for the disadvantages, it gives some thoughts about potential safety for people and the dogs and the lack of community control. Lastly, it offers many concepts for communities to consider for a future dog park. It describes several instances of possible malicious intents to harm the dogs that frequent these runs but nothing has been proven.
