The interests of the victims are a very high priority when coming to these conferencing. They are notified of the risks that may occur throughout the conferencing, and are within a room where there is usually a police guard. The individuals get treated with respect, they are also treated normal and what crimes had occurred to them will not define them. The victims receive resolution that includes identifying the wrongs that were done to them, and the steps that can be done to repair the wrongdoing. However if they do decide to, they are welcome to present any type of evidence and legal arguments that can prevent them from future crimes and provide compensation of the actions done so.
