When the United States of America won its independence from England in 1781, they all realized that a new government was needed and it had to be done soon. In response to this problem, leaders organized the new American government according to a document known as the Articles of Confederation. The Articles gave each state a great deal of independence and represented little more than a league of friendship between them. Unfortunately as we know, the Articles of confederation did not work out well and they were replaced, by the now present day Constitution.
Now, in history people feel that constitution has been the perfect solution but as time continues many people are believing that possibly there are other governments that could be implemented to solve some of the problems. Increased employment can lead to lower crime rates, especially with a government structure which guarantees the basics of life will be provided. Unfortunately with the U.S. Constitution does not require all civilizations to have jobs, leading to vast amounts of unemployment. With no job greater than another, Communism reinforces the perception of true human equality. In conclusion, both the Communist Manifesto and the United States Constitution share some common ideas along with differences. A constitution focuses on human rights, civil liberties and freedom of speech. Whereas a Communist government focuses on the points of human equality, high rates of employment and equalizing society. Both societies have pros and cons but they all share a common goal; to attempt and try to make their government and civilization better by promoting health, happiness, prosperity and
