Though it may seem difficult, we can eliminate the gender pay gap. One solution to this problem is to make it easier for women to get an education (AAUW.org). Education affects a woman’s pay. Sometimes it is hard for a woman to get into a good school and earn a degree. We need to get colleges to accept more women into their buildings. The less education, the less pay. If we make it easier, America’s women will be smarter and better paid. Also, we could get the states to help enforce gender pay equity. It said in AAUW.org, “To continue to close the gender pay gap, regulations must be advanced, not stopped, and the executive branch should take additional action to ensure adequate enforcement of all civil rights laws through sufficient funding
