The most severe came seems to be B, which is Jocelyn. I decided this case is the most severe because of how much Jocelyn has changed within the school year (McCoy & Keen, 2014). She did a total 360, and that is rare to see in kids. The information I would use to report to child protective service would include how she used to be outgoing, social, and now she is withdrawn and sad (McCoy & Keen, 2014).
