I do not believe an anti-abortion amendment should be made to the Constitution. Again, let me state that I believe abortion is a horrific action. I, personally, do not support it under any circumstances. However, we are living in the U.S. We are led by an elected president, not a dictator. In this country, we live under a constitutional democracy, not an authoritarian government. Our government should not have the power to make this enormous decision about a woman’s body. If we tell people they do not have the right to make this healthcare decision, what other human rights could be threatened?
