Pros And Cons Of Adnan

Decent Essays
Although I believe Adnan is Innocent because none of the other suspects are more involved than Adnan , some may argue he is guilty because they believe that Jay that Adnan killed her and some say that they knew it was him because the type of person he is . This reason makes sense because Jay said that Adnan was guilty and when Don was in trial, he said good things about Adnan and that he was a good person and after trial one of the jurors told him why didn’t he talk bad about Adnan . This part of the story is when Adnan asked Hae for a ride, and it could’ve been a reason to get in her car and try kill her . “Adnan told him he’d asked her for a ride . Adnan later told a different cop he didn’t ask for a ride” . This proves that he is guilty

Not only that but the only person who claims to have seen him in that time frame “called one of the prosecutors in… the case…and undermined her own statement” proving his actual location was unknown at the time. It is unusual that Adnan would not remember anything about this crucial day because he received a phone call from the police. He says he does “remember that phone call and [he does] remember being high at the time” but continues to deny remembering anything else because the day was “normal”, but, receiving a phone call from the police does not seem very normal and most people would remember the events leading up to it. Another reason why Adnan is legally at fault is because he…

But contrary to that, he should not have been able to tell that he was high if he could remember that but not the call. Adnan comes right out and tells us “I do remember being high at the time because the craziest thing is to be high and have the police call your phone. I will never forget that.” (Koenig, “The Case Against Adnan Syed”). Being able to remember this detail but not being able to recall anything us from the day can lead us to believe that he killed Hae on this day and he is trying to cover up for it by…

Back in 1983, there was a program founded in Los Angeles that had spread throughout the country in little to no time. This program was otherwise known as D.A.R.E. which stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education and what the program did was give advice and teach skills to younger children that are necessary in order to avoid drugs, gangs, violence, and things of that nature that will come about in future of most children (DARE). The problem is that 1983 is over 32 years ago, and the D.A.R.E program that once was in full swing, unfortunately has little to no impact on the children anymore. Something needs to be done to help. Drugs have been around for years on end, but what is astonishing is the variety of drugs that are out there.…

Fallan Kurek is a young woman who died in England of a blood clot on her lung; surprisingly this blood clot was caused by birth control pills that she has been taking for some time before her death. From their name, birth control pills are a method of birth control, they were approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) in the U.S. in 1960. Since then they have been used worldwide, as they are considered as the most effective method of birth control, which also happens to be reversible. Birth control pills pose dangerous health risks to women, some of which are fatal; the solution to this problem, is simply replacing them with something harmless, and a considerable alternative for them would be the LARCs. Women who are taking any kind of birth control pills are at a higher risk having blood clots, heart attacks and strokes, and this is because of the chemical composition of the contraceptive pills that contain desogestrel and cyproterone, which are two substances associated with…

    Why Adnan Syed Is Innocent

The second reason I think Adnan must be innocent is because there are too many inconsistencies that Jay provides during his testimony while being interviewed by the police. Jay provides many stories, which sometimes do not match up to Adnan’s story or to the stories he provides. There were many inconsistencies that did not make sense, of which I will share the 3 that I found most important, which you can find in episode 4 called “Inconsistencies". The…

First and foremost what is Anti Dynasty bill? On January 24, 2011, Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago filed Senate Bill 2649 which prohibits political dynasties from holding or running for elected local government positions. This regards that, state shall guarantee equal access to opportunities for public service, and prohibit political dynasties as may be defined by law. As a youth on this country I am literally agree on the “Anti dynasty bill “ because for me on my own stand this is a really good idea. This idea can give a chance to those people who deserve more the positions that also has a good intention for pulling up this country.…
