All the sources in this paper point out that the vegan diet has been on the rise for some time, and they all discuss the common key nutrients that vegans tend to miss. Also, they all explain the basics of a vegan diet. A lot of these similarities occur because the media sources referenced research articles within their article trying to show that what they were saying was true and accurate. However, it is interesting how all the media sources describe the health benefits associated with a vegan diet, but the authoritative sources barely mention this besides the article on type-2 diabetes.
