The report was obtained through the use of a Spanish translator. The reporting party (RP) stated she was employed with the preschool for approximately 8 years prior to her termination on 11/15/16. According to the RP her termination was due to multiple complaints made to the principal Sandrine Bellairs and the owner (name unknown). The RP stated she made several complaints throughout her employment regarding the cleanliness of the facility and how the children became ill as a result. Specifically the floors a seldom mopped, the furnishings are not wiped down regularly, toys are not sanitized etc. Furthermore the facility launders fecal soiled children's underwear, mop heads, blankets, kitchen towels, and other lines in one machine at the same
