Proposition 60, also known as the Condoms in Pornographic Films Initiative, is a California ballot proposition that will not only require the use of condoms and other protective measures during the filming of porn, but forces producers to pay for certain health requirements along with check ups. The AIDS Healthcare Foundation sponsors it, with nearly 5 million dollars raised. The Democratic Party, Republican Party, as well as the Libertarian Party oppose this proposition. Proposition 60 will require performers in adult films to use condoms the filming of sexual intercourse. Many may not know this, but since 1992 the law has already required condom use for all adult
