According to the Proposed Rule document issued by the Wage and Hour Division, these new regulations can have benefits. I do agree with this statement because working long hours can increased the risk of employees getting an injury or health problems. Therefore just like stated in the Proposed Rule document, “this would benefit the worker's welfare, their family's welfare, and society since fewer resources would need to be spent on health.” Employees will also have the opportunity of spending more time with their families. It may not seemed like a whole like, but we have to remember that our employees’ wellbeing is important to our Company.
