Proposed intervention logic and evaluation plan describes programme promotes active transport among school children in Mt Roskill and provides health status of children and safe environment in Mt Roskill, Health promotion is a ‘process of activity’ to strengthen the capacities of the community to take cations (Nutbeam, 1998). Therefore, the proposed logic intervention and evaluation framework increases and measures the level of community involvement throughout the process to ensure that the programme is participatory and addresses the actual needs of the targeted community (Nutbeam, 1998). Evaluation of both the ‘programme performances’ and ‘programme effectiveness to address the health needs’ includes the formative and summative assessment.
