She has held the role of board member F since the day of my birth, and for many reasons. Similar to my mother, my aunt plays the role of cheerleader, taking pride in my accomplishments and sharing them with her friends. My aunt encourages me to pursue my future goals by providing, support, and unconditional love. My aunt represents a second motherly figure in my life, and I know I can rely on her to provide quality advice. Of all of the members on the board, no one individual specializes in providing me with helpful connections. Unlike a college professor, or an employer, the members of my Board of Directors associate with a small group of people, mainly my relatives. Thus, they cannot aid me in developing my networking skills, a skill which plays a large role in the amount of success a person obtains. However, besides the inability to provide me with helpful connections, my Board of Directors performs exceptionally well to provide me with a plethora of support and many other benefits. Although many of the roles played by my Board of Directors overlap, such as the role of cheerleader played by many of the board members, and the role of entertainer played by my brother, cousin, and uncle, I would not be the same person I am today without them. Thus, no one on my Board of Directors requires an early retirement, as all seven members possess skills capable of influencing my life for the better. However, the addition of an individual with numerous connections could certainly increase the quality of my Board of Directors, therefore, assisting me even further in my future
