I propose we keep progressing with the research because it is looking like it is helping diseases and stopping the inheritance of a disease. I feel this advancement may be used a bit excessive. I think that using the procedure to change hair color or gender, may be a bit unreasonable and I feel we should focus on the medical uses before we use it recreationally. I also suggest we should begin involving health insurance once we are sure this is working. We are still in the research phases, but once we can use this on a majority of the affected embryos and we can prove the effectiveness, this should be covered or assisted by health insurance companies. They would have to help with treatment later for the disease, so might as well pay to have the disease terminated. An example is a doctor can locate the gene of Huntington’s disease on a screening and take away the gene. He can then plant the embryo into the womb and if all goes correct, the child will be born normal without the Huntington’s
