Regardless it is important to provide an employer with some type of notice. Providing a notice allows the present employer to find a replacement for the person that is leaving. The resignation letter could be very short and simple to make. The replacement employee should be taught everything that the soon old employee knows. Training the replacement employee properly will also help keep up production for the soon to be old employer. Everything an employee can do to make themselves look good on the way out can help in the future, especially if it comes time to get an old job back. Once the replacement has been trained and the time comes for the employer and old employee to part ways, the last step would be saying their goodbyes.
After the old employee has finished their final work day it is time to say goodbye to everyone. During the course of employment many work friends may have been made and it is a great idea to keep those relationships alive. Saying good bye can be a hard thing to do but it is something that everyone has to do at some point. The employee should try to make efforts to keep in touch with old friends even after employment has ended, this will maintain those people in the employees social circle. There can never be too many
