Homelessness is defined as the condition where people do not have permanent accommodation, such as house or apartment. Most often homeless people are unable to maintain and obtain safe, satisfactory or acceptable, secure housing which has been a global social issue. All the Australians must obtain equal opportunities, work, chance for employment or promotion, opening, certain responsibilities and source to learn, adequate and engage socially (Department of Prime Minister and cabinet, 2012). The living situation plays a vital role in promoting homelessness. In 2016, 44,000 young people are homeless, on any given night in Australia (Jo Swift, CEO Kids Under Cover, 2016).
