• Blaming all other employees for issues and never taking responsibility for herself
• Leaving a fellow TCA to close the site alone
• Amongst other actions, causing an uncomfortable and unproductive work place.
These actions have cause TCA Deborah McLaughlin to become a "cancer" in the workplace and given her behavior, as well as what we have gathered from her own personal past that she has decided to share with us, it is not hard to believe that she fabricated the causes of Monique's termination and that she would do the same towards the rest of the employees.
Though the rest of the employees understand and respect the decisions of the company in regards to Monique Wallace, we feel that our side of the story should be noted, especially when we fear for the safety of our own employment. For when the story of one employee does not match that of the remaining employees, issue points the odd person out.
Sincerely, 1826/1827
