Prometheus was known to be the creator of mankind and the one to provide mankind with the gift of fire. Prometheus also went by the name Promitheas. He was one of the Titans and son to Lapetus and Clymene. Prometheus had three brothers Epimetheus, Atlas, and Menoetius. During the war of Titanomachy, a battle between the Titans and the Olympian Gods, Prometheus decided to side with Zeus instead of helping his people. Because of this he was not punished with the rest of the Titans and wasn't sent to the underworld like the rest of them.

Prometheus was known to be the protector and benefactor of the mortal world. Prometheus tricked Zeus in an event called Trick at Mecone. He asked Zeus to choose between two offerings, one being beef inside of
