Prom Laurrrie Halse Anderson Character Analysis

Decent Essays
Ashley Hannigan, who is the main character in Prom by Laurrie Halse Anderson is in high school and has a boyfriend, TJ.TJ is very stuck up and stuborn but Ashley didn’t really care, but that was in the begging.Ashley didn’t really care for prom infact she said it was dumb and stupid to everyone who asked.Ashley thought she is normal and that the prom is not for normal kids. Ashley has a lot of siblings so she is also very helpful to her family this means she can put with a lot. Some of the character traits I think she has would have to be careless, determined/hardworking, and boorish.

Ashley is careless because she is the kind of person that just goes with flow. But that is until you just keep on and keep on and she gets really upset.
Also when you ask her something she would usually just say whatever because she really doesn’t care. She also don’t really care for prom at all.
