Integration Initiation and Planning Discussion
There are a number of life cycles within a project; the stage includes imitating, planning, launching, execution, and closing along with these stages the project involves the slope, cost, time, risk, and quality. The integrated elements are defined by the collaboration, coordination, and consolidation of any project. The elements integrated effectively integrate the processes. Adding scope and now task with affecting all other areas. A checklist is utilized in a project and how to plan will effect and identify any new risk involved. Project integration management is a strategic and project plan element to monitor the portfolio components by describing and coordinating the task through the project.

The implementation occurs when the organization has set out a clear mission and vison that can be integrated throughout management. Organizations create the functional structure that provide the portfolio management (Levin & Wyzalek, 2015, Ch.9). Project portfolio management and project integration management function together to assist and complete the project. Together they analyze and manage the project based on the functions of the project. The area relate to one another with the common strategic areas, resources, and tracking methods. The project portfolio management uses the communication and collaboration when connecting with those members on the team to be consistent in the processes and organized to align with the organizations objectives and goals. Project management can be costly and very time consuming if the project is not manages and maintained correctly and efficiently especially when the resources available are not readily available.
