HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
The municipality Maphumulo has recognised an extreme number of old people who live on their own without someone to take care of them, some of them live with their grandchildren whom have school to go to during the day of which they will have to live their grans on their own and come back late. Since they are the teenagers they happen to arrive home even later while their grandparents are waiting for them to perform activities for them e.g. Fetching water, cooking, washing, dishing etc. only to find out that they do not practise those activities as expected yet they are being supported by those grans with the pension. It must look after the overall administration of the project specifically Hlalakahle old aged home project. The chairperson must also contact the project members to follow up tasks that need to be done and therefore make sure that the employees are being paid.
Project team The responsibility of the project team is to follow the orders of their leaders and work collectively and therefore carry out task according to the expected outcomes.

LOCATION
The Hlalakahle old aged home project is located at Nyamazane area in Maphumulo municipality which is five kilometres away from Maphumulo municipal offices. This project is located at the centre of the municipality whereby there are most infrastructural buildings that are in need especial for them as the advantaged group for instance clinics, shopping centres, ranks, labour department, social development offices, police stations etc. therefore it will be easy for those assistances that are going to help them after the project has been implemented to assess all the things that they will need immediately.

In gantt chart of the project shows all all the time schedules of the project for each activity, from the beginning of the project to its end. It is arranged monthly, showing what and when will each activity be done. In short shows the duration of each activity.
