Project Deliverables The primary key deliverables are to provide a system and network design model, provide setup and deployment documentation for the conversation of older systems to the new model. Provide training material for the organizations will be required, as well as documentation of possible issues and resolutions during the migration. The final key deliverable would be to provide the needed Continuity plan and Risk Assessment and Disaster Recovery plan documentation. The creation of a network design model as below, we can show the logical plan of how the physical equipment will interconnect. The simple plan show below, gives a basic plan for the initial setup of the environment before we proceed with the migrations of the older server systems. A final design model will be created that will contain detailed information such as the logical …show more content…
Deployment documentations will need to be created, these documents will show the step by step procedures for the setup, migration and security of the VM environment. As each step is completed and checked off, the procedures for each step will contain detail as to the needs, requirements and final processes. Along with this details will be provided as to any issues or potential issues that may arise along the migration process. Deployment documents give any IT technician the ability to implement this project in their given environment. The last documents that are being required for this project are the Continuity, Risk Assessment and Disaster Recovery plans. Typically these documents are created internally by the organization after the close of a project, but in this case as we are developing the migration plans as well as having all needed security requirements meet. These documents will tend to contain greater detail of known and unknown issues for the final
