Project DELTA will increase our profitability in the market when our company produces 30 working models by October 25th, 2015. Undoubtedly, this will be a milestone for our company, because the handheld electronic medical reference guide for emergency medical technicians (EMT) and paramedics will not only be a success once consumers see the convenience and affordability of our of our product; the electronic reference will help improve the efficacy and efficiency of emergency medical technicians and paramedics. Therefore, being cognizant of the importance of meeting the deadline of October 25, I have reviewed and visualize the sequence, interrelationships and dependencies of all activities that must be accomplished to complete the project. …show more content…
These activities are denoted on the “Activity on Node Network” as numbers 1, 4.10,16,18,20,21,22,23,24,25,27,28,29, and30 respectively.
Although, no one can predict all the risks or problems that may arise during a project’s life, the information gathered for construction DELTA’s network indicates that our company will be able to meet the deadline of October 25, 2015. However, because of the urgency to develop the handheld electronic medical device, I would strongly suggest, for the team to devote some time to diligently go through a risk management process to ascertain and assess possible risks during the life of the project. In addition, I urge, the team to also develop risks response control strategies.
Considering the dedication of the DELTA project team members, I am confident that with diligent planning, proficient risk management assessment and adequate monitoring of the critical path our company can successful execute project DELTA in a timely manner.
