Concept Response Project Blinkenlights by Chao Computing Club (CCC, 2001), which aims to encourage communication between the city and the citizens takes place in Berlin. It has allowed passersby to input data and show any animations and images they want to, on the building. The way that Project Blinkenlights decorates the city of Berlin shows how much the CCC love the city. This idea inspired me to create an interactive artwork which make the connection between Vancouver and the residents. I chose to address the same subject matter of Project Blinkenlights which expresses their love for city. Nodaway, the distantness is a situation that urbanite face in modern conditions.
