1. How did you hear about this position and why are you interested?
I learned about this position on the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits website. I am interested in the Program Officer position with SFL because I consider myself a socially and globally conscientious individual. I want to build a career in an atmosphere that is dedicated towards improving the life and wellbeing of others on a global scale.

2. Tell us about your experience working in international development. With what type of project(s) have you been involved and in what capacity?
Although, I do not have any formal experience working in international development. I have conducted a number of projects and volunteered with non-governmental organizations dedicated to humanitarianism

From the first job I held when I was 14, I knew my success relied upon my ability to acquire as much knowledge as possible via the doors that have opened before me. Furthermore, I view the opportunity to work for any organization dedicated towards philanthropy as a career success. In fact, in 2009 I received a letter of recognition from Jonathan T. Moreover, I have previous experience working in a Christian, faith-based organization such as Habitat for Humanity, where I was dedicated to working in a team that focused on philanthropy. I believe my diverse experience and skill sets would make me a strong asset to the SFL team.

12. Are there any concerns you would like to share about issues that could make it challenging for you in the role of Program Officer for this position?
I may not have very much experience in some areas, but I am a quick learner. If given the opportunity I know you will not regret your decision.

13. What are some of the things you do to care for yourself when working in occasionally stressful situations?
When working in high stress situations I often take time to put everything into perspective to prevent myself from becoming overwhelmed. Nevertheless, I also pray and meditate to reduce stress and take time to read daily. When things get too stressful, however, I can always seek solace in my
