Our company will provide mentoring program to train new employees, which is a way to inherit the culture of the company. In addition, the new employees who just start their careers, mentoring programs assist them to learn knowledge and experience from the experts. With the help from their mentors, the new employees tend to grow loyalty for the company.
For mature employees, the company can provide training courses. Those courses, aiming at new technologies, process, and other changes in construction field, assist the employees to realize and adopt those changes in the real world. Moreover, training courses for high-level managers will equip them with business management skills.

Private spaces provide them rooms to think individually, while open spaces provide them rooms to communicate with each other about projects. In addition, the company will provide them kitchen area and relaxing room. Those places can ensure the high satisfaction and performance of the employees.
Promotion
In order to understand our company better, Holder Construction Group will adopt SWOT Analysis. SWOT Analysis is a method for our company to realize the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threads of the market sectors. The analyzers in our company or the third parties will run this analysis. However, SWOT Analysis is not the only measurement of the strategic plan of Holder Construction Group. After analyzing the business strategies of our company, we will prompt a strategy to strengthen our advantages, improve our weaknesses, gasp opportunities in the markets, and resolve treads.

The number of employees related to pro-construction, construction, and facility field in total will be eighty. Those employees have plenty of experience, and they will be the major part of our projects and services. Other departments, such as finance, administration, and maintenance, are also critical to the company. The total number of them is fifth. The high-level executives who run this company and make decision should have at least ten years of experience in marketing and decision-making, and the number is ten. Considering importing new blood into the company, we will have at least 20 interns or co-operators each
