To me, healthcare professionalism is the way that a person portrays their work ethic. It is depended on the way that the person dresses, expresses themselves and their overall attitude. It shows how much dedication and commitment that they have to their career. I believe that professionalism is improving your skills and education continuing in established and new skills. Professionalism is trying to be the best you everyday and trying to be a better you than you were yesterday while having adequate patient care.
Healthcare is a critical profession that needs employees who are confident in their knowledge, competent in their skills, and have strong integrity. Integrity is the highest held attribute to me because if you are not responsible
