As I continue through the semester and gain more knowledge to be more professional, a better writer, and more of an understanding of the purpose of practicums, I have been able to apply the information given to events currently occurring. Throughout this paper, the reader will be able to see how valuable a practicum can be, as well as three job searching ideas that was used from the book, Professionalism in Health Care by Sherry Makely.
