Grammar - This is extremely important for staff members and ties into maturity as well. Staff who talk with bad grammar look very childish and like they really don’t care about what they’re doing or who sees it. It almost makes it looks like that staff member is being lazy and they just don’t want to put in the effort required to talk in correct grammar and look professional. For that reason I think grammar is extremely important and although mine is not perfect, I strive to use the best grammar I can so I can set a good example for everyone.

Activity - This might be the most important thing on the list. Without active staff, it is almost like the server has no staff at all. Players will get angry, staff will get hate, and the community will

Staff who are not professional are looked down upon by not only players, but their fellow staff members as well. I have a lot of past experience and this has helped refine my professionalism as I just naturally tend to act professionally. I can bring this to the staff team and not only bring it, but spread it as well. People who are around professional people act more professional because they feel they need to live up to the people they are around. Thus, my professionalism can have an amazing effect on the staff team.

I love being a leader and setting a good example for players and other staff members because I like the feeling of doing good and this is just one of the things I’m naturally good

This is a skill all staff members need to be successful because a staff member who does not work hard is like not having a staff member at all. I can assure you that if I get a shot at becoming staff on the Faithful network I will work extremely hard and I hope this application shows it. I will put everything into my work as a staff member because I know I am benefiting the players of FaithfulMC and helping the server grow and become even better than ever before.

Problem Solving - All staff members need to be good problem solvers. There are always going to be those situations that just have never happened before or a staff member has never experienced before. Therefore he or she needs to be able to think of a solution and ultimately solve the problem. I am extremely good at problem solving and if I still can’t figure it out, I’m not afraid of asking for help. I understand that getting it right but asking for help is better than getting it wrong and just winging
