Being professional might mean dressing smartly at work, or doing an excellent job. For others, beingprofessional means having advanced degrees or other certifications, framed and hung on the office wall. Professionalism encompasses these definitions. How you talk to people in the office and on the phone. Making sure that you are coming to work on time and clocking out for lunch on time, that is such a big deal at my job people will take too long on break knowing that other people must take a break they will still take their time and come back whenever they want to.
