Hello Thom, Thanks for your message. I wasn't really sure how to interpret "-with your childish antics and lies-that takes the lowest of lows." I continuously approach you both like gentlemen with respect and honesty; just how I would expect to be treated in return.
This is a work situation, and I think we can continue this agreement without sharing unwarranted inappropriate personal opinions. I have not once given either of you a reason

I agree with Aaron’s final quoted statement. I would adapt my career counseling methods by treating them equal and respecting their culture. I think that it is unethical for us as counselor not to allow self-expression in their careers because we need to appreciate each other’s differences. Assuming someone is not interested in training programs because of their culture does not seem morally right. It would be unethical for you as a counselor not to help them with career choices that beneficial to the client.…

Steinbock’s Limited Application of the Immorality of Adultery At first glance, it seems as though adultery in our culture is mostly regarded as an issue of private matter, it chiefly involves spouses. But on closer inspection it appears that the common consensus (that most hold, not all) on adultery fails to recognize the repercussions of holding such a notion. This is because, as Steinbock argues, the way we view adultery affects the thoughts and feelings on love, marriage, and family (for the purposes of this essay I will not delve too deeply on this point because it is so overarching but rather use this point to raise issue). So, then, it holds that although adultery is a private matter one must not regard it as “morally neutral”.…

I think it’s very unfair and frustrating to find out that this something that is going on in our society since people are cheating the system that others have worked hard to succeed in. These individuals do not deserve these credentials if they were not diligent and have not worked hard to earn them, no matter how much money they paid. Not only that, but I was unaware that this issue even existed in Canada, because I thought that more of a critical and in depth background research before people were hired by institutions. The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts was developed to ensure ethical consistency and adherence of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). These professional standards guide the application of ABA (Cooper, Heron, & Heward, 2007). I have worked in the social services field for most of my life and ethics have been a frequent topic of discussion in staff meetings or training workshops.
