It is important to develop a professional support network as it gives you a group of people who have an understanding of your role to talk with, to be supported by and supportive off. By developing a professional support network it allows the sharing of ideas and experiences, as a group you can work with each member’s strengths and weaknesses to complete tasks and support each whilst contributing to the educational outcome of students.
