Professional Philosophy
Within this paper, I will explain my philosophy of education, as it relates to the roles and responsibilities of an educator, both in the classroom and out in the community. As teachers, we must always strive for academic excellence. We must also work to effectively collaborate with our peers and instill this value in our students. It is essential that we remain open to new and changing ideas with regard to education, and that we dedicate ourselves to life-long learning, always striving to stay ahead of the curve in academics and methodology. Additionally, as professional educators, we are accountable to our students, their families and our communities, and must serve them with integrity.
