To become a nurse you don’t have to be special. Nurses that make all C’s in class will still be called nurses, so it is up to us to define ourselves with the traits befitting of a professional nurse. Being a good nurse that displays professionalism is a life long challenge that takes work everyday. The difficulty arises because we are human, and in all walks of life we will encounter things contrary to who we are. Conflict of belief, culture, or a million different things must be left outside of work.
